RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store financial management system. They are system usage rules and do not replace the RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store Privacy Policy, Republic Act No. 10173, or any other applicable law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

2. Authorized Use

RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store may be used only by authorized users for legitimate store financial, administrative, reporting, security, and maintenance activities within assigned permissions.

3. Account Security

Keep credentials and verification codes confidential, use only your assigned account, and report suspected unauthorized access to the system administrator. Do not bypass authentication, authorization, or session controls.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not access another user’s account, disrupt the system, introduce malicious code, evade role restrictions, misuse records, disclose confidential information without authorization, or use RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store for unlawful or unrelated purposes.

5. Accuracy of Information

Enter complete and accurate information, review entries before saving, and promptly report or correct errors through the authorized process.

6. Confidentiality

Financial records, account information, operational data, and other non-public information must be treated as confidential and accessed or disclosed only for authorized purposes.

7. Financial and Administrative Information

RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store supports recordkeeping and reporting. It does not replace required review, approvals, accounting controls, tax advice, legal advice, or professional judgment. Users remain responsible for entries they submit.

8. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant provides informational analysis from submitted financial snapshot and chat information. Review all output before acting on it; it is not professional financial, tax, legal, or employment advice. Do not enter passwords, secrets, or unnecessary personal information into AI chat.

9. Google Authentication

Optional Google authentication is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies. RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store does not ask for or store a Google password. Use only a Google account authorized for your RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store account.

10. System Availability

RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store may be unavailable because of maintenance, configuration, network, hosting, database, third-party, or security events. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

11. Intellectual Property

RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store interface, code, configuration, branding, and content may be protected by applicable rights and may be used only as authorized by the organization. These Terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution.

12. Privacy

Personal information processing is described in the RAM-YUM Korean and Japanese Store Privacy Policy. Users must follow privacy, confidentiality, access-control, and data-handling instructions. The Privacy Policy explains processing; these Terms explain permitted system use.

13. Account Suspension

Access may be suspended or removed where necessary for security, investigation, maintenance, policy enforcement, role changes, or suspected unauthorized or unlawful activity, subject to applicable procedures and law.

These Terms may be updated as the system, organization, or applicable requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the current published version.
